Everyone should go see The Proposal! It is by far one the funniest movies that I have seen lately...it will give you a very good laugh. :)

Birthday & Oregon Vacation
So the last week and a half has been amazing!!! My 22nd birthday was on Friday May 22nd! I had a bonfire with a bunch of my friends up provo canyon...here are some pics. :)
This is my Golden Year purse that my friend Angie gave me...she put a bunch of candy with golden wrappers in it. I think it's awesome!
This is one of my bestest friends ever, Denise!!! I freakin love this girl!
Another one of my good friends, Nicole, made me this cake. I was in awe! It was amazing and tasted great as well. :) So overall, my birthday was awesome! I thoroughly enjoyed it!
Right after my birthday bonfire I went straight to Salt Lake with my friend Denise. She dropped me off at my other friend Brook's apartment where I slept that night. We were leaving the next morning for Oregon for a vacation. Brook leaves tomorrow for her mission to Louisiana, and so I went home with her for a week to spend some time with her. Here are some pictures from our adventure. :)
Brook, Me, and Denise (all of us met freshman year at the U), taking our last picture together before Brook leaves. The next morning (the 23rd), Brook and I got up early and packed her car. We were literally holding stuff in the car trying to shut the back of it. It was so full!!!
On the beautiful drive to Oregon! Actually...this is the best part of the drive, when you get into the Northern end of Oregon, driving along the Columbia River, looking at Washington on the other side. The 12 hour drive was a lot of fun! But we were both happy to get to Brook's house.
The Portland Temple! It is really pretty!!! 
This is when we went and hiked Silver Creek Falls. There are about 10 different falls spanning about 7 miles that you can hike around. We made it around about 7 of them which was about 5 miles. It is so beautiful up there, the falls are amazing!!! If you ever go to northern Oregon, go hike these falls, you won't regret it. And of course I had to take a picture of me and Brook. :)
Pacific City beach! This was the place that I got the most sunburnt. :) It was such a beautiful day at the beach, and we had a lot of fun! This is one of the best pictures I got while we were there. 
Again, me and Brook on the beach...this is the last picture I got to take with her for the next year and a half. On Sunday the 31st I came home. I took my first airplane ride. :) It was pretty cool. It was hard to leave Brook in Oregon at the airport, but all is well. The hardest was for me to call her about an hour ago and say goodbye for the last time. I will admit I was crying, but she is one of my best friends. I'm glad I got to spend a week and a half with her before she left. It was definitely a great week. :)

It's been awhile!
So, I haven't blogged in a little while, but I have been super busy with school. Although I am glad to report that I am finished with spring semester....but I start summer semester on Thursday. On a positive note, I graduate after summer semester. :) I can't wait for August to get here!!! So, a lot has happened, but I can't really remember all that I have done. Back in February I do believe is when I went and saw David Archuleta in concert. He was actually really good, I really enjoyed the concert. Also, one of my all time favorite singers was there as well, Benton Paul! The concert was so much fun...I went with three of my favorite people. Denise, Brook, and Jess. :) Right now I don't have any pics on my computer...so I do apologize for lack of photography. Haha
I am really excited for the upcoming month of May though. It is going to be a great month!!! I start my last semester this week. It's been a long four years coming, but I am so glad I can see the end. This next weekend I will be in Salt Lake for my friend Brook's farewell. My 22nd birthday is on the 22nd of May. I guess that means this is supposed to be my golden year...who knows! The 23rd-31st I will be in Oregon with my friend Brook before she leaves on her mission to Louisiana! Hair cut...
I finally cut my hair! Six whole inches gone!!! I have not cut my hair since about 9th grade, except for just the random trim here and there. So, it was starting to get to me and I just decided to do it. Called my stylist spontaneously and went in between my classes yesterday. It was great. I love it now!!! Maybe I'll actually start doing it down since its not as much effort to do it, haha! :)

Winter Fun
Hey Everyone...so yesterday a few of my friends and I went snowshoeing. It had been quite a few years since I had been, and two of the kids that went with us had never been, so it was a lot of fun. We went up to Jolly's Ranch up Hobble Creek Canyon. They have a ski trail, snowshoe trail, and other stuff up there as well. This picture was taken when we hiked in as far as we could go and had to turn around. From left to right: Me, Capri Clifton, Jessie Bench, and Phil Mecham.
